Hey Guys, Im replacing my wayer pump, what do I use to seal the pipe threads? Teflon tape? or some other type of sealant? Thanks in advance
You want to use Permatex high-temperature thread sealant, @eroomas. Use it liberally, even on the unthreaded shank of the bolt, because they can pass through the cooling jacket. It won’t harm the antifreeze.
Oh! You were asking about the pipe. You can use the permatex there as well.
