Non from the factory. Must be dealer installed.
Guess you best bet is to find someone with a NOS set and have them scan the instruction sheet.

Believe it or not i got one out of an Australian assembled RHD 59 plymouth
it has a bracket on it that looks like it connects to the trunk tension rods
Its a switch type - im thinking of taking the feed off of the interior lights
will keep you posted and take some pics

Vic, there is an instruction on a just ended Ebay auction. Already found it last week as we were going to bid on it and didn’t want more competition, did not help as we didn’t want to go higher than $80. Pardon Our Interruption...
