Rebuild kit or parts 3 speed manual

I am trying to find anyone who has either a rebuild kit or parts to rebuild a 3 speed manual transmission for a 59 Plymouth. Specifically bearings, seals, synchronizers, and gaskets. I have my transmission at a local shop and they are looking, but cannot find anything as of yet. I will try looking as well, but was checking here to see if anyone knew of someone or a place that may have these parts.

Thank You
Tim Baker

Thru the years, I hear the name Fatsco…Google Search it? (are they just gaskets?)

Do a Google Search for Hemmings Motor News and search their site.
I can’t recall the NOS Supplier located in my home state of Washington…they supplied the steering parts for a member down in Australia…
“Collector carauto parts”? Sorry, it’s late, and I am exhausted.

I think its “Fastco” but not sure, www.fastco.com is their site.

Bob

Don’t know about your correction,
the site I wanted to provide is this…www/nosmopar.com.

Just checked…it IS fatsco.com

Roger’s correct – it’s “Fatsco”, not “Fastco”:

www.fatsco.com

They provided the parts for my Torqueflite rebuild (which Roger will also remember something about  :unamused: ). Pricey, but something about supply and demand…

Dan

Thanks for the replies. I will see what I can find out.

Tim

I don’t know if Fatsco carries parts for manual transmissions. I recently bought 3 overhaul kits for automatics from them.

I believe it was Northwest transmissions that I used to buy a lot of manual transmission parts from in the '80’s, you may try a Google search on them to see if they are still in business.

Right you are Dan and Roger, fastco is a supplier of custom wheels and accessories.

Bob

Yeah, the name Northwest Transmissions popped into my head while on my way to a side job today. Thanks for mentioning it here.
and don’t forget nosmopar.com. One of our listmembers got his manual steering gear from there, (although pricey).
