When I got this belvedere it was missing the hub and hey but had a new brake drum. Anybody can help me out would be greatly appreciated. 11" x 2" ?

Truing those hubs to the drum is not for mere mortals - you’ll need a good machine shop. It might just pay to hang that on your wall, and get a decent used drum. John Fowlie is your guy!
