Rainy day Car Show in the Netherlands - September 18, 2011

Today we had the annual local show. Usually there are about 100 cars but today it was a bit less as the weather was really bad :smiling_imp: We drove up together at 11.45AM and when we arrived there were only a few cars there but at least we had the sun coming out! That lasted for half an hour and then it started raining a little and shortly after that it started to rain a lot :imp: We waited for about 45 minutes but it kept raining so Marjo and I decided to go home again but Matthew wanted to stay a bit longer. Good decision as the weather got better after about half an hour, no more rain and even a little sunshine. He had to stay as he had been looking forward to the show for a long time and drove about 6 hours yesterday to get the ecu for the convertible.

Here are some pictures we took today.

Marjo’s view of the show

Stunning view of a "Brace’ of red 59 Plymouths sitting side by side. They both look great!

John Q.

Did you fix the drip that falls right on the steering wheel while driving?

Haven’t had that drip yet. I fixed one leak that was on the lower windshield moulding. It was coming in through a clip just left of the brake pedal

I didn’t notice that one. Hey, maybe now that the folding top is working properly, there will not be a leak at the header-windshield contact!
I really enjoy reading all the positive things that happen with you and the car.
