Dick, I can understand where that would be painful :astonished:  And I can understand that you need to reduce the size of your stable. I wish you the best of luck. Would like for me to cross post this on Dave Stragand’s Forward Look Network Forum, or have you done that already?

Yes, l would appreciate that seeing as l don’t know how to.
Thanks,
Dick

Dick - I took the liberty of replacing the screenshot of the Classic Car cover, with the actual article itself. Here’s the link to the cross-post:

Vicari is not involved in the auction anymore. It’s now The Dave Rupp Auction!

…and here’s the Dave Rupp Auction page for Plymouths, with Dick’s second from the top.

The 58 is not a Fury, its a Belvedere. Upholstery is wrong and Fury had a 350 CI with 2 fours.
Dick

Dick, do you know approximately what time Greenie will go on the block? Will you be there? Will the website track what’s happening in real time?

All l know is they promised me the best day, Saturday, the time is anybody guess. I plan to be there all days, have to have the car there Thursday the 14th. Don’t know about website.
Dick

Off to the auction today… (sniff).

Shamelessly ripped off of Facebook.

Well, she’s going to a good home. Dennyland Auto Museum in Ridgeway, PA. A very nice gentleman came to the auction to only buy that particular car. Actually got more than my reserve. I already have a bad case of sellers remorse, lm really going to miss that car.
Dick

Wow, Dick. Greenie’s gone - but, your gentleman is quite the entrepreneur, as I read about him (I won’t reveal his name without his permission). But you’ve told him about the site, perhaps he will turn up here - and we will continue to see and hear about Greenie.

Congratulations!

BTW, Dick, it will be time to change your “Avatar”. Do you want to pick a Bertha Irena pichuh?

I have been to Ridgeway A few times, nice town, lots of bears. I would like to meet him and see Greenie in person. I will take mine for A meet and greet. Mark

Dan - Denny is a very, very nice man and Gentleman. He is the epitome of the American dream, at one time he and his wife were on welfare and food stamps, today he has no worries, at least financial worries. Avatar picture attached.

Mark - He has his fingers in a lot of pies. I suggest you call the museum to find out when he will be there.
Dick.

And, uploaded!

Dick, I Googled “Dennyland”, and the only reference I could find to it was a car event Denny had once held at his radio station (or does he own more than one?)…

He owns several radio stations.
Dennyland
13529 Boot Jack Rd.
Ridgeway, PA.

Google his name.

Ah… That car event I cited was held at one of his radio stations - a different address. Yeah, I just Googled this address and found it:

Dan - lm thrilled at what you did on the Showcase. Thanks. I emailed Denny with all the Showcase info so he can see the history of the car.
