Jadderbeast striking the pose

Just thought I would post some recent picture of the Beast performing various tasks. Looking cool on a trip in the country, checking out her future home, as soon as I can move some things around to make room. Showing off her headliner that finally got reinstalled. etc.etc.

Gotta move some things around including moving the mitre saw to another room.

Headliner looks great

Jadderbeast did great but , there are few things more corny than taking your 50’s era car to the drive-in, thats on us.lol

I forgot this photo, its one of my favorites

OMG! The car looks great. Where did “Jadderbeast” come from?

Dan

Thanks Dan, the name “Jadderbeast” comes from one of our cats that died last year “Jade”

I like also! Great that you take it out and about.

What was showing at the outdoor movie theatre? Looks like it was during intermission or you fell asleep at the end and everyone else left… :stuck_out_tongue: Vanishing sight a Drive In Movie place…

Thanks John, The movie was “The Expendables 3”, for us it’s usually more about going to the drive-in than what’s playing. The more mindless action the better. lol

It’s so good to see someone enjoying that beautiful car. I have been watching it online it seems like over a year. I think it’s one of the few 4dr. hardtops around. Good choice because it so hard for passengers to get in and out of a two door without rolling the rear window down because like me most of my friends are kinda hefty. Only three reasons it’s not in my garage, Money, wife and garage space. I hope you have many years of enjoyment with your car.
Dick.

Super!
White really makes the car looks classy

Looking good!

I say drive them and get them dirty.

Don’t store these cars in the garage or don’t bother buying them at all…lol

I’ve always wanted a 57 thru 59 Plymouth, I came across this one and when I discovered that it was located 15 miles from my wifes hometown, I new it was the car for me and my wife. She loves it as much as I do, didn’t see that commin.lol.

I agree, its really my favorite color for these 57 thru 59s

I agree to an extent, part of me would rather have a less pristine daily driver that I could notch up the character a bit, but I have a hard time letting this one go because its all original and has survived 65 years. I would have a lot of fun with something like this. http://youtu.be/MS4hjVoKWHU

That 1959 Plymouth Savoy in the YouTube videeo is a nice unrestored survivor and with a little work this car would make a great Cruise night car and driver.
