What a beauty!! Sounds like a job for Matthew the Plymouth punch card master! But sounds to me like your not too far off. Is the original GC 395 still under the hood?

car still has the 361 in it with matching date codes.Car runs great and I’m planning on doing the power tour this year with it.Car does have the swivel seats in it now.

Hi Speekfreak1984 (real name?), I took the liberty of rotating the card and cropping it here:

Will is right, Matthew is our resident decoding expert. I’ll give him a headzup and ask him to comment.

Dan

Saved and I’ll print it in a minute.

Hope I am still alive tonight to decode it

Thanks for all the help.

Printing was not a success so I went over this quickly on my phone. Next post will have some more info!

With these options, you might have more but I need to dive into the build card, this car was $3755.00 back in the day

There’s more coming! I checked the punch codes and it also has 466 which is solex tinted glass.

Updated the decode post with the solex glass and corrected the price! Any more questions about your car?

Do you know how many were made with these options?
I also heard that the VV paint code was only available on the sport fury.Don’t know if that’s a fact or not.
Does anyone know where I can get brake lines for this car?

That is correct, the bronze was only availible on the Sport Fury, Matthew probably has a good estimate of the numbers. The bronze was a really popular color on SF’s because it was exclusive to them. Your car sounds well optioned with the GC 395 and the suregrip rear. Brake lines your more than likely gonna have to bend up your own.next to nothing is made for our cars. Rockauto has a lot of parts for the suspension amd other things but I don’t know of a source for pre bent lines. Easy to do your self tho using your old ones as a pattern.

Post some more photos of your car, I’m dying to see more of it and hear where you found it!!

I have no numbers on colors made or cars with these options.
Bronze was indeed a Sport Fury only color.

Just like Will said, brake lines are easy to make.
Also, more pics!!!

Thanks for the info. Here is more pics of the car. You can also follow the project on youtube.

Does anyone have a bell housing for sale?

I just checked out your vid!

The fabric inserts on the seats and door panels are non original and it’s missing the buckles. Dash pad has been replaced too as it needs to be black to match the black dash.
The clock and ash tray + lighter are standard equipment on the Sport Fury.
It’s looking really good though!! What are the plans for it?

I know this is a Plymouth forum but that cts-v :astonished: that’s awesome

The guy i bought it from had the interior done so i thought there was some things that were not original but they did a good job.The motor was rebuilt in 1990(I have receipt). My plan is to get all the bugs ironed out of the drive train and drive it on the hot rod power tour this year.Just pulled the transmission last night and looks like I have coolant getting into the transmission.

Does Anyone have the radiator number available so I know if it’s original?Could also use the number on the transmission. Thanks

According to the parts manual the radiator is part number 1832 691 with an automatic.
High capacity radiator is 1832 298.
Radiator with A/C is 1832 897.

Hope to see you do a pass with the Sport Fury!
I always watch the live streams, I don’t watch the whole thing as most of the action happens when I’m at work

Do you know what year this radiator came out of. It’s what was in the car

Dude, that thing is rad!!! :astonished: :astonished: in checking out your channel! All rad stuff! I remeber seeing your car for sale few months ago. Good looking SF. That’s gonna shine up beautiful!! Can’t wait to watch your progress on here and in youtube!
