This sounds silly, but my Plymouth’s horn ring keeps dropping screws into itself, causing the horn to blow, and making it hard to steer. Any suggestions, beyond Loctite thread dressing (to keep the darn screws from loosening)? It is the horn button screws..the ones with the black insulator cones on them.
