I’m looking for the two chrome headliner strips that hold up the center panel for a 4 door hardtop. If anybody has a set for sale or knows where I might find or how I might fabricate these parts I would be grateful for any assistance.

Andy, if they don’t have to be original, you can use Dodge Caravan headliner strips. Here’s what I did:
