Check eBay! This appears to be a driver’s side, but he might have a passenger side:

Here’s the search I used: (1957,57,'57,1958,58,'58,1959,59,'59) (plymouth,plymoth,plym,ply,mopar,moparts,chrysler,crysler) latch

I reached out to the seller, to confirm the part was driver’s side; it was. Unfortunately, he does not have the passenger side. For what it’s worth, here are the P/Ns:
