Thank you for all the help. I appreciate turning the card, i was (and am) on a work puter and it wasnt an option to turn it.. I had read that string and still couldnt make heads nor tails of it… This was the only thing in the reply from stellantis; tbh I was surprised they had anything at all and in relatively readable.. I am looking forward to seeing what this turns out to be!!

Stay tuned, Henry! My recollection is that the photocopy of the microfilm was accompanied by a letter, and that the letter provided the name of the dealer that corresponded to the dealer code.
Did you receive a letter with the photocopy?
I printed out the build card today and got the codes from it.
I’ll find all my codes and post it Saturday or Sunday!

Im going to assume it has the 8.00X14 whitewall tires which would be the “3” option. The “1” option would be 7.50X14 tires. The 581 might be a code for the wider wheel.
All I can tell for sure is that your car had whitewalls
