What was this guy thinking when he was working on this car? Looks like he has a few additional items on the car, like the Imperial hood ornament and the '60 Plymouth steering wheel on the car. Looks like it’s gonna need lots of work.
I e-mailed the person who is auctioning the car on eBay, asking him about the original color and VIN. If the interior was originally red, the exterior just might be as well. It’s a regular Fury hardtop, number 7441 off the line at Chrysler’s Newark assembly plant in Delaware. Four days to go, and still no bids.
Here’s what he told me:
Hi.
I don’t know the original color. If that information is available from the numbers on the firewall tag, I can get those numbers for you.
The interior was red. The VIN is M265107441.
