A subtle change...

…to the Forum, Gallery, and Main Page (soon to be portal) recently. Can anyone guess what it is?

I bet Matthew will catch it! First to notice: An all expense paid vacation to Chez Morton (travel not included)! This includes pool privileges - although, at this time of year, you will have to break the ice yourself.

Dan

my guess: In ways in a member can be contacted , seen under our avatars…now there’s skype?
Has the icon for 59SF, under my Favorites, changed?

I think maybe the reason no one has noticed, is because no one is seeing it :unamused: I see it in Firefox and Chrome, but not Internet Explorer:

Notice the little icon next to “'59 Plymouth Forum” on the tab at the top. Cutesy! But, I’ve got to fix it for IE.

Dan

Here is my Internet Explorer Outlook Express page…

Ha! Now I see it in my IE too! Guess it ain’t busted after all.

I was expecting a bit more flak from the CO contingent over using the SF emblem on a 59Plymouth site…

Dan

Not at all Dan. I am on the FL site a lot too. Not as much as here, but I have no problems with the FL symbol. After all, we hung out at there/our tent during Carlisle. And we are a Exner’s best FL creation. And our platform is designated a Milestone car status. The other lesser FL platforms are trying to catch up to us!

I dwell in the Rocky Mtn FL Region moslty. Check it out! I use Google Chrome and FireFox at work due to Google Apps being used at work but at home it is IE for most of my Playtime stuff.

John Q.

I added 1959 Plymouth Gallery to my “Favorites” and the forward look icon is there. I have IE.
Dick.

Well, cool.

But, isn’t it the Sport Fury symbol (derived right from my Sport Fury emblem) - and, not the Forward Look icon?

Dan

Don’t you guys recognize the Sport Fury’s stylized gold and black “F” ? :astonished:

I stand corrected again.
Dick.

I sit corrected!

I thought it was F for Forum or Forward Look… Maybe a B for Belvedere would be better…

Never you mind, guys. Dan started this List in 2004, having just acquired his Sport Fury, and he put the gold “F” (seen on the SF tailfins, also seen in chrome on Furys) at the head of his webpage.
It’s not unusual for folks to pass over the designwork, and get right to the content. The differences between the F and Mopar’s ForwardLook logo of double boomerang-on-triangle are kind of subtle.

The “F” is actually the Forwardlook boomerang, with a gold line struck thru it to form the crossbar of the “F”

Ahhh That explains it well Obi Wan! The 59 Plymouth force is indeed strong with you to review the Creators (Dan’s) origins to us later-comers.

Just having some fun Roger, no worries.
