'59 Suburban spare wheel door

I have just joined the Plymouth Owners Club.
I have recently acquired a 1959 Plymouth Suburban Custom 9 seater.
It is missing a few parts, but one big item is the spare wheel door that is located behind the rear wheel on the passenger side. Is it possible you may know the whereabouts of one? Perhaps someone has a template so that I could make one. I have thought that it may be possible to reproduce one on a 3D printer.
