Car went for $1225. Talked with a fellow on the www.thegaragejournal.com/forum whose from Waupaca, WI. He heard from a friend of a friend that one of the bidders was restoring a '59 and wanted car for parts. Kopecky Klassics in nearby Iola is a big time fin car restorer. Maybe he bought it. Next time I see him I’ll ask. Jerry Kopecky wears a T-shirt that says “Got Fins?” That goes back to an old Wisconsin slogan of “Got Milk”?
