Found another topic on the FL site and it might be a scam Viewing a thread - 59 S/F Convert. It can be a scam as there are some red flags (no reserve and just 1 picture) but I haven’s asked the seller questions. If someone is interested, I do have Aivars private email address.

Roger, Two cold fronts did come thru Denver in the last two days but snow stayed in the Mountains. Hard freeze here in town. But warming up to 68 F by Friday. Yay!
It must be a Scam on this convert it only went to $20K, should have been in the $30’s or $40K+ level if it was legit. Or at least I think it should go that high…
