# valve lash adjustment screws

Does anyone know off hand what valve lash adjustment screws should torque out at?

You have a 318, correct, Andrew? The adjustment screws are self-locking - you just need to adjust the lash to the correct gap. Check the service manual, here:

I think Dick Koch outlined a method for cold adjustment - I’ll try to find it.
