Is oil supposed to come up through push rods to lube the rocker arm assembly? I’m not getting oil coming out through them. I cleaned quite a bit of rust out of the heads, Is it possible for them to get clogged and whats the best way to unclog them. coat hanger?

I answered my own question
No oil through your pushrods is normal. the pushrod pivot cup is oiled through a little hole on the underside of the rocker.
