I know of only two folks who ever did steering wheels - Koch’s in CA (they did mine), or D&D (did Ron’s, and probably Art’s). Here’s a thread about it.
I’ve heard that Koch’s no longer does them - perhaps they sold their mold to someone else? You might want to check with them, here’s their link.
