So, I have seen many 59 fury with black and gold badging, and others just gold.. was this simply an option? My sf came with gold only badges…

Henry, do you mean the Tiffany medallions, exclusive to the Sport Fury? This is how they should look…
The original black paint can fade and peel after time. A neat trick that @Matthew_Keij did for mine, was to remove the gold piece, lay down a piece of self-adhesive glossy mylar, trim it around the perimeter, and epoxy the medallion back on. It came out beautifully!

Thanks thats a great idea! Yes, it was the medallions i was referring to, as well as the ‘FURY’ F script.. mine are completely gold and I have seen pics with both black accents and without, so it got me wondering… Mine must’ve simply faded away..

No doubt, Henry.
Unlike Sport Fury emblems, which were gold with a black inset - Fury emblems were silver with a similar inset. Not a great picture, but…
And of course, the Fury did not have Tiffany medallions.
