Hemmings Motor News lists a Plymouth, also in Maine, with what HAS to be the lowest original miles '59 in existence! (Less than 18K on odometer.) :

I once owned a 59 Desoto…the owner was a mailman, and when his work-day was done, he’d sit in his car and read the newspaper, then take a nap. Lots of mileage on the upholstery, not so much on the odometer.
