Well, I did not find Roger's find of a 59 for sale right away but here is another in the SF Bay area for a 59 Plymouth Belvedere (the preferred trim level of the discriminating auto collectors world wide!). :o

sorry, I did realise I typed in the contact info rather than the actual ad. I found the ad on FL, and it was too much of a hassle to go back to FL to find the link.
Its an inlandempire craigslist.

I'm not 100% positive, but this car was on ebay about 4 years ago, i remember because it resembles my Belvedere except that its a V8 3 on the tree with OD.
I think it was in Ohio at the time, because a friend of mine was all for going there to get it, but he didnt come up with the funds to get it and he had nowhere to put it!

I think Roger started the topic with this car in mind http://inlandempire.craigslist.org/cto/2081951293.html not a Sport Fury though. Imho it is too expensive for a Fury with visible rust and lots of non original parts.

Yes, that's the car, and yes, I agree with you, too much $, it was just something to post. Been having trouble logging in to the SF Site, also having car troubles with my Dodge truck
(alternator). At least it's been warmer than the Netherlands and Colorado..

Roger,

Sorry to hear you have car trouble, wished we could help. But we can help with the logging in issues yo have! First you want to delete the shortcut/pagemarker/favourite for the forum. Next thing to do is go on the forum and scroll all the way down and you'll see on the right "delete all board cookies" , click on that link and you are almost done! Then you have to navigate to the forum through the 59Plymouth website ( http://59plymouth.net/ ) then go to the forum through the link you find there just above the link to the showcase. It will open in a new window and then you can log in (don't forget the "remember me") and add the page to your favorites. Should work fine after that, the problem is in "files" that are still hidden on your computer somewhere but if you follow this instruction step by step you'll win the battle against the computer :!:

For people who like regular searches on the web for 59's I have this link http://www.jaxed.com/cgi-bin/mash.cgi There is a dropbox where you can choose your favourite vehicle (I like Plymouth 50's  ) and below that you can search for certain years. It will give you all cars listed on Craigslist (US wide), Ebay and Kijiji as standard but you can filter it if you don't want to see Ebay listings. There is also an option to search by state or within a certain price range 8)

Enjoy,
Ron

I like the interior on the Fury that Roger and Ron were talking about in Shafter, CA.

Is that original or do you think it is a re-pop?

Ron, thanks for that link to all things in Craig list, ebat etc. for sale. I will use this from now on in searching Craigs list. One stop shopping!! :P
