Hood Bumpers

All of my hood bumpers are missing down the sides of the fenders where the hood closes. Gary Goers Catalog 10 shows number 16 on page 25 to be the right hood side bumpers. Is that correct? My car has never had them since I have had it. I have never ordered from Gary Goers, and remember some posts in the past where he was not doing so well. I thought I saw something more recent where he was going to get someone else to help him, and he would be sending things out again. Is Gary shipping orders again? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
