Does anyone know how to shrink a photo without making it look like this

I used the pic from here. I can't get it better like this:

ARRRRGGGH!!! Too big!!! when i shrink them with microsoft photo shop they look like the one i have now--"blocky"


Well, that looks better, but i agree with you matthew--the other pic looks better. actually i've always liked that pic better

Thanks! Well, it's not my car. It's my dad's car. Don't have my driver license (yet!). I need to wait something like 160 days for my 18th b-day so I can start with lessons!

Yeah, 18. I'd rather have it just like in the US. 16 is waaay better!
Then I would be driving already for more than 1 year!
