Hot damn, the Belvie Convertible done done it again. She's been approved for the Concours d'Elegance show field. I discovered this show about 12 years ago and have been going every year since. I have always considered this show the Best in Florida. It's first class all the way and you are treated like royalty weather you are in the Concours or the regular show or not. Usually 500 to 600 cars and 35K spectators or more. The Concours cars are Judged and given trophy's the downtown cars are given ribbons by the sponsors, the only criteria for a ribbon is "The sponsor likes your car". I have brought all my cars at one time or another and got a ribbon except for one year. The Concours setting is quite beautiful, you are parked around Lake Mirror which is a couple blocks from downtown Lakeland, FL. They also close down approx. 16 city blocks to show "Us Guys", where I usually park. The cars are not all mixed up, one block for Corvettes, one for Post war Production, one for Hot Rods, etc., etc. Only one year was there another 59 Sport Fury besides mine. I'm really "looking forward" to this one.
Dick.

Congrats Dick! Will you be bringing the trailer with it, or is that verboten?

Dan

Matthew - There are 23 flaws but I'm not going to tell you what or where they are, all I will do is provide the paper and pencil so you can write them down and after you find them all you can correct them for me.
You are quite welcome,
Dick.
