Hi I'm rik lingier, new member and since 3days owner of a 59 Plymouth belvedere...
This is my first oldtimer so I'm totally new in this.
I hope I can Get tips for restoring our old lady, where to get my parts and hope to get some new friends with the same interest ...
I live in Vlissingen Holland together with my wife jolanda, both kids left the house so we got us a new baby: our Plymouth belvedere... thats why we named here :baby blue

Rik, I sure hope you are acquainted with the Kiej's in Poorvliet, Holland...They have two 59's, one a convertible and one a Sport Fury HT.

If not then you will soon be acquainted with Husband and Wife team of Ron an Marjo and their all-knowing, 59 Plymouth smart 27 year old son Wonder son, Matthew

They are good people and account for half the 59's in Holland, Now you have one and they will have to share more of the Dutch influence in 59 Plymouths.

I can't tell you how happy I am with them because I'm al new at this so al information is welcome ...

Welcome rik - Beware of Matthew. If you ever seek his help get your answers before you let him get close to your refrigerator.

Speaking of answers, most questions you have can be found by using the search box in the upper right hand corner of this page. If you have a question about Power Steering for example type that in the box and any and all past discussions will appear.

Thanks you all.. I tried to upload pictures but something went wrong.. ( message the attachment is invalid ) maybe there to big, they are jpg format so I don't know what ...
