Trunk "spare tyre"

Since ours isn't attached like the original I would like to see how they were attached to the trunk in the original way.
They just put 2 bolts from the some sort of chrome insert to the inside of the trunk and that's just it. They put 2 screws in the black plate and that's everything.
If anyone got pics of how it should be, that would be awesome

Matthew, Tom Fox offers these comments and pix:
Matthew, the mount is just a metal disc with two long studs spot welded on the back side. The studs go through the hubcap, through the cover and through the trunk lid. Two nuts on the under side of the trunk lid and that's all there is. These photos are of a homemade one, but it would show you what they looked like. Tom
