SUBURBAN INTERIOR

I was hoping someone would know the answer to a couple of questions. 1) How many yards should I get for the 9 passenger suburban cloth portion of the interior? 2) I think the vinyl part is salvageable. Anyone have experience in dying original vinyl and conditioning to prolong life?
I have the prices and sample from SMS on the cloth. It looks really good.
