Hey all you out there in 59 Plymouth land!

Post by Paul Hettick »

I'm Paul and just got the white 59 Fury 2 dr ht from John at BIG M. What a nice survivor! Never have seen one of these without rust before! I'm doing brakes, carb and other things to getr back on the road... Just going to do some spot painting on the exterior, most of the original paint is excellent! Nice to be on this site. How would I go about adding photos?

Howdy Paul! You did get a great car! That was one sweet 59 that John F. had found. Glad you checked us out. When you do your posting to this forum there is an 'Upload Attachment" at the bottom for pictures to be attached .If you scroll down a bit when you ar posting a reply or starting a subject thread.

When you are done putting normal text in on your subject. Scroll down and click on that "attachment tab'. It will ask you for your picture file location. If you know it your golden, I usually just go to the Browse feature and look to the program on my C Drive that contains all my pictures and drill down till you find your picture. Click on the picture file to attach and then click on "add the file" it should bring it to the posting.Give it a couple seconds to allow it to upload. You can put comments on each picture under "file Comments" to tag a particular shot before the 'add to file" part.

One way to make sure of the attached picture , is to click on preview before you are done Submitting and see if it is there or not. If it is and you are done with your post, click on "Submit", again give it a 2 or 3 seconds while it posts.

The showcase addition is done by Dan Morton, the supreme web master and Creator of all things 59 and a die hard Phillies fan!
