Still without a mailing list

I had hoped to reinstitute a mailing list with the new provider, for those who prefer email to the Forum; alas, the new provider has no such provision. However, there is development going on that will permit emails from subscribers to post on the Forum, and posts to a specific email forum to go out as email to subscribers:

Currently, it works with the previous version of phpBB -- 2.x -- and we're at 3.0.x. I'll be keeping an eye out, though, and when it becomes available, I'll upload the archive -- dating back to 2004 -- to the Forum. That way, folks can have their cake and eat it too.
