Anyone know of a source for front and rear gaskets or has anyone used a reliable universal gasket?I see plenty of restored 59's never hear of new gaskets being mentioned.Whats up with that.Thanks Charlie

supposedly too expensive to remanufacture...
Goers sells a good replica...not a continuouse loop, you must glue the ends together..

Have you or anyone on this site used one,do they do the job?Both my front and rear seals have seepage and the question with the gaskets holds me up on replacing the windsheild.A good friend of mine who allows me to use his shop tells me that laquer thinner does wonders on rejuvenating rubber.He says by soaking the gasket ,he has seen it bring life back into the said rubber.I haven t priced the windshields yet,I suppose their about 500.00 or so.Catch you later Charlie
