Transmission adjustment

Post by Guyman »

Just got my engine fired up today..and my transmission button was in neutral...but tires are spinning in reverse....so assuming there is an adjustment down on the transmission where shifter cable attaches? Or cable stretched?

Of course had my rear end up on jack stands and jack under rear end just in case this would happen.

Any tips on adjusting?

Thanks., will look into it...already dismantled the complete dash to paint it...noticed on the shifter mechanism., the spring for the N button was comressed and stuck., so it wasn't kicking back out..so probably have a few issues.

Thanks., Guy
