Dual master cylinder with drum brakes

I have just purchased off Ebay, a Kelsy Hayes C-57 Bellows Style Brake Booster. I plan to send it off for rebuild and then place it on the shelf as a
backup to my existing K.H. Booster on my Fury. (My present drum brake system is working just fine) I am told that when you have to replace the Brake Booster you should also replace the single reservoir master cylinder because the master cylinder has to be removed in conjuction with the Brake Booster due to a common mounting plate on the firewall that has to come off in the disassembly. If ever I need to replace my single reservoir master cylinder, I would like to replace it with a dual reservoir master cylinder for greater braking safety. There is a lot of great information on this site about changing master cylinders when converting over to disc brakes, but the thought occurred to me - what if I just kept my drum brakes and switched to a dual reservoir master cylinder with added proportioning valve ? Can this be done, and what style dual master cylinder would I use with drum brakes ? Would this same dual reservoir master cylinder work if later, I wished to convert over to a disc brake system ???? Some day I will have to make a
decision on this when my Booster or Master Cylinder needs replacing.
