Jeff Carter's house burglarized

Post by rogerh »

I JUST heard this report on the radio this morning. Jeff and his wife were away on a vacation, and returned to find their home not only burglarized, but the perpetrators had set the house on fire to cover their tracks. :x

Here is a link to the newspaper report Roger sent me http://blogs.seattletimes.com/today/201 ... h8Ak.gmail

But let's be glad it happened before he got home, not the best way to come home but way better than having a fire when you are in the house.

Thinking about this, I wonder if the burglar made entry at night, and dropped a match or candle in the closet while searching fot things to steal.
