Ron Keij told me about an amazing program called "Skype" -- an internet telephony program that lets you use your computer as a telephone, providing you have a microphone plugged in (and speakers, of course). Today, Ron and I downloaded and installed it and spoke with each other. It was so clear and instantaneous, I could not believe it, especially since I am in the U.S. and Ron is in the Netherlands! And the amazing thing is...

I'm thinking of adding another button to the main page for Skype -- anyone who's signed up with an account and installed Skype, and wishes to be listed, notify me of your Skype name and I'll install an icon for you. To call that person, simply click the icon and place the call!
