Re: mouse pad
Roger - I still have my a/c Sport Fury, 4-dr Fury and 4-dr Fury parts car. Parts car is "stored" in woods and the other 2 are in my new (built in 2008) garage.

A white one, my favorite color. If the car's still available after my mouse pad deal, I snatch it up

Re: 318 engine colours
In that engine photo, it appears to me to have a few more hoses and wiring amongst it than normal, anyway compared to mine.

Re: 318 engine colours
I googled Velocity Channel and one link said it's targeted toward "affluent men". I guess we know who the affluent guy on here is
I looked it up on my Charter cable program and in my area it's channel 706. I clicked on that and it said "Not Authorized".

Re: 318 engine colours
I agree with Roger, paint them silver. In John Q's picture, what's the gen doing on that side? Did some come like that? I got 3 '59's here and the generators are on the other side. Kinda curious about that 396 miles. According to info, it sounds like car had 2 owners and neither one of them drove it...

Re: '59 Sport Fury Power Brake Problem
I thought as Dick says...one cylinder is for front brakes and one is for back. Isn't the larger one for front and smaller for rear? I think this is because front disc brake cars require more fluid than the rear drum brakes. Haven't worked on brakes for awhile now so everything is fuzzy.

A few years ago I got some stuff from the Rocker King. I got a dog leg and rocker panels. Google" Rocker King Waukesha, WI". He might have something you need.

5 Hour Energy, nah, a little bit of rum and coke does the same thing, for me anyway.
Driving by his church is a good idea. He said he'd give me a complete magazine with that article. I just have the 3 page deal that somebody copied and put on E-Bay.

Re: mouse pad
If I made a million I'd send everyone on here a pad Heck, I might even throw a big party and issue plane tickets.
If you google Zazzle Missymaus and click on a link you'll see the mouse pad.

'59 Plymouth Writer
3 posts in one night, gotta make up for lost time. Thought I'd share this kind of interesting tidbit. Last summer I had my '59 at a local car show in Mosinee, WI and this fellow approached and in conversation said that several years ago he was striving to be a writer and had written several articles...

Re: '59 Sport Fury Power Brake Problem
Regarding adding brake fluid to single resesvoir...couple years ago I saw a '59 that had a small plastic bottle under hood with a clear vinyl hose running to master cylinder cover. The guy said he just kept botttle full and never had to remove that "hard to get at" cover. Never saw that be...

mouse pad
Had a pleasant surprise on Christmas. My daughter gave me a mouse pad with the rear section (drivers side) of a '59 Sport Fury emblazoned on it. I asked her where she got the picture of my car to put on the mouse pad. She said she didn't and she ordered the pad off internet just the way it appeared....

Re: 318 engine colours
Ref the valve covers.....I read somewhere the red valve covers in brochures are red just for pictoral (don't know if that's right word) effect and correct color is silver. imo the only red under the hood is the air cleaner cover and the hinges.

Re: '59 Fury ride for my parent's 50th Anniversary?
I did this a couple years ago. A friend called me to ask if I could meet this anniversary couple at a church, with my '59. We spent the afternoon riding around the countryside with their kids and friends following in other cars, visiting various sites, houses they used to live in, etc., and ended th...
