Re: '59 Plymouth Steering Wheel
Would it be blaspheme if I recast this wheel in stock green but add either gold or silver metal flake in the clear? I know they came stock in just plain clear but that sparkle flake really makes the wheel POP! Quality Restoration has photos of a couple 1960 Areo wheels they have done with ...

Re: '59 Plymouth Steering Wheel
After checking around I found a guy in San Diego that cast them as well. http://qualityrestorations.com/plymouth-steering-wheels/ I emailed him a while back and said he could source a wheel and provide a full resto for $2500! which I thought was a little high. I will contact him again once the wheel...

Re: 59 Savoy rear end
Hi Rex and welcome!
Good looking Savoy! The black on black with black wheels and center caps makes it look tough! Also love that its got a Sport Deck for a touch of class! Be sure and document your experience with the rear seal incase some one in the future has to do the same job.

Re: length

I had to figgure out how to make 4 cars fit in my 20x30' shop that is designed to only fit 3 cars. Did it by turning them all length wise and using whee...

Re: Trans in PARK
For an A518 the OD is usually controlled by the computer, to swap it in to an older vehicle you just have to connect in a hydraulic pressure switch to activate the OD and lock up. Basically instead of the computer activating the OD and LU the hydraulic pressure switch starts it. For any one interest...
