Its great you thought to retain the buckles. I deviated from the stock upholstry and neglected to use or save the buckles. Not one of my swifter moves. The seat looks super!

At the risk of sounding pessimistic I was really amazed at how complex these dual wheel cylinder brakes were and how poorly they worked after all was said and done. I got so I could finally bring the old Plym to a halt if I anticipated the need soon enough. As things warmed up it got really hairy. I...

Yes-saw Barry's car was in Delaware, but Dick should be able to locate the "Fountain of Youth" in Florida. If I could get a few swigs of that I could tackle this great project.

Wonder what the blurb in the heading exempting the convert. and suburban is all about? Years ago I plowed ahead unbeknowest of this and they haven't fallen off yet.

I'm amazed the convert's exhaust system fits as well as it does. To this day i'll occaisonaly get a noise from some interferance if it feels like it. Always gives me something to do-like elmer fudd chasin that wabbit. Looking great Dick.

Thanks for the picters and the great story. I had a 49 chevrolet that my big brother wrecked and it tracked alittle crooked. I drove it pre-license on our dirt road. The neighbors must have been horrified to see me coming, but there was no police intervention!! Those were the days.
