The axle change should be okay, the self energizing rear brakes will be needed with the small front disc brake system. The B body rear axle, years 62-70 is only about two inches narrower track. The stock tires and wheels will work fine. Engineering the E-brake cable system will be fun. Rick

We lucked out, 25.5 Inches, west of here two miles accumulated 40 Inches. Static electricity storm with snow/blizzard, disorients people and they get confused where they are at, perish walking home after abandoning there snow bound vehicles. Picture of my back door.

Only a few inches and people are abandoning their cars on the street. It is windy, with poor visibility. Static electricity makes snow cling on our windows. Thanks to vertical opening garage door, I was able to dig out front and back doors, back door will need it again in the morning.

Thanks for asking. I guess I will be engineering a tap guide for the crank shaft, being able to thread to 1/2 by 20 threads per inch eight times is harder to do on an assembled engine.

Mid 60's Dodge trucks and pick ups had an interesting add in four way flasher system that could be easily added. used these many times being they were were switch, flasher and wiring harness together.

There are two styles in 1959 Torque Flites, good to have both O ring seals. Now My Son and Son-in-law finished off all my "Colorado Native Project timers." There are four different now, my favorite is the original.

Adjusting E brake, New kick down seal installed from out side, Drain plug installation required silver soldering in lock nut. The transmission is done.
