Well, just a quick update... Waiting on core support from John and I have a few more pics of my current status (or lack thereof). http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v622/RT_Drummer/59%20Plymouth/STA70590.jpg And now, a temporary "patch" with fiberglass until I can afford to get it fixed rig...

Yeah, I figured it might be but it appears "factory". Although, I'm not sure why anyone would do it. I bought the car in 1987 from an old lady and the car was sitting for years (husband died). It even still had Seiberling bias ply tires still on it and I didn't have the petcock put in... I...

Speaking on sending units... I just pulled my tank and completed my POR-15 cleaning and sealing as it had some major "gunk" in it from sitting so long. Luckily, NO rust/pinholes on it tho! Here's my delima (and yes, I've emailed John but haven't got a reply yet)... I somehow misplaced my s...

Lookin' good Matty... I sure am envious of you folks with an actual garage to work in! REALLY hard to get anything done outside in the open but just can't afford anything else right now... Great job on the metal work there Matty!

I still have the original upper and lower valance although, I need to "rework" the lower since there are dents in it. Guess I'm a "lucky one" but not from bidding on ebay!

Well, amazingly the inners are pretty good. The only part that rusted thru (I think from water getting inside and "puddling" at the seat mount) is where the back of the front seat bolts in on the driver side. Haven't pulled the seats yet so might be more damage than I "hope". Tha...

Thanks Matty... Hope it works out for you. It's a shame we all have to worry about credibility everywhere we turn now. Whatever happened to honesty and honour??!!! Good luck and Cheers!

Yeah, John has the rear fenders for me but I haven't asked him about the rest yet. I've been laid off as of last week so my funds are limited more than usual until I find another job... Such is life! Guess I'll have to hit up John once more as you can see I'm in dire need of the front part (not sure...

Man... I knew the rust-out in the front was pretty bad but after taking off the lower valance and bumper as well as the headlight rings and inside eyebrow, it's even worse than I thought... I guess it's time to find someone that can weld really well! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v622/RT_Drummer...

Anyone ever buy from "classicparts4u"

classicparts4u has new front floor pans that I could definitely use in the near future but I was wondering if anyone has had any bad experience with them... Their history is far from perfect but hey....

Hey Stefan.. I found a couple places that carry the 1959 361 master rebuild kit but I'd check with NAPA as everyone else seems to have stated. I couldn't find one on their website but they have so much in warehouses that aren't on their web, it'd be worth the call! 1. http://www.p-s-t.com/mopar/moen...
